Anyone had this shit before? Still doing a Muay Thai interclub on the 22nd despite it, but the tendon is pretty clearly off the bone on the 2nd knuckle of my right hand (feels fucking nasty Slides back and forth and everything.) Any advice on rehabbing it besides not punching?

Thats nasty shit. LEAVE IT WELL ALONE AND NO PUNCHY PUNCHY FOR AT LEAT 2-3 WEEKS.

Ice it, rest it. Just don't wank with it

Thanks! It managed to reattach itself to the bone, but it's still too painful to punch with and I've got a mandatory month off regardless due to the whole visiting family in Italy for Easter thing.

P.S. Is Pancrase going to reopen before I'm too old to participate in full contact sports?
